While QUEST is a new venture in our area, its founders have deep roots in our community and over 40 years of experience meeting the emotional, educational, relational and spiritual needs of our citizens. Quest is the fulfillment of a vision to bring quality care to those in need and help those who are seeking to live a better, more fulfilled life.

Quest is flexible and accommodating when it comes to selecting payment options. We are contracted with several insurance panels, however insurance coverage is just one option. We also work with many of our clients through private pay/self pay. Please complete a request for services form or contact us directly to discuss payment options further (209) 742-5080 ext. 1. We have faith that we have a fee option that will work for you.
